1. Cost per student: $1,025 if payment is received by July 31, 2011

$1,100 if 50% is received by August 31 and 50% by September 30, 2011

If payment is not received timely, the child cannot ride the bus.

2. Make checks payable to the Bus Fund, and send checks to 132 Midland, #3, Basalt, CO 81621. Payment may also be

made by credit card, and a $30 processing fee is added to the credit card payment. Parents can enter into a payment plan

if necessary to stretch out payments, but if a payment is missed, they must pay by credit card.
